Most handymen won't touch a floor. Most flooring companies stop at the skirting board. We do both, which means one number to call, one invoice, and nobody standing in your hallway explaining that it isn't their job.

What we do most. The jobs that pile up. Repairs, general maintenance, home improvements and end-of-lease preparation for landlords, tenants and agents. Book a half day or a day, and we work down the list in the order you care about.

We supply the product as well as installing it, across hybrid, vinyl plank, laminate, timber, carpet and carpet tiles. One party responsible for the floor and the fitting, and subfloor prep done properly rather than laid over.
The van's at the kerb by seven. Drop sheets down before boots go anywhere, furniture moved with two people and a bit of care rather than one person and a hope. You get a text the night before with a time, and that time is the time.
Every job has one, the part that decides whether the finish lasts. On a floor it is the subfloor, old covering out, adhesive ground back, moisture tested, every dip levelled. On a repair it is finding why the door dropped rather than just planing the edge. Skip it and the problem comes back wearing a different hat.
Whatever the job is, this is the part you are actually paying for. On a floor, boards shuffled from three or four packs so the colour spreads, joins staggered properly, door jambs undercut rather than caulked. On everything else, the same unhurried attention to the bit nobody would notice if we got it wrong.
Furniture back where it was. Floor swept and wiped down. Offcuts and packaging in the trailer, not in your bin. Then we walk it together, and if something isn't right we sort it before the van moves.
The list on the fridge. Door adjustments, shelving, flat-pack, gyprock patching, silicone, tap washers, screen doors, curtain tracks, the jobs too small for a trade and too fiddly for a Sunday.
HandymanScheduled or on call. Gutter clears, pressure washing, fence and gate repairs, decking attention, minor carpentry and the running repairs that stop small problems becoming quotes.
MaintenanceSmall renovations without the project-manager markup. Built-in storage, laundry and bathroom refreshes, feature panelling, painting touch-ups and the jobs that finally make a room work the way you wanted.
ImprovementsFor landlords, tenants and agents. Make-good repairs, flooring replacement between tenancies, patching, touch-ups and a property that hands back without an argument over the bond.
End of leaseWe supply the product and lay it. Hybrid, vinyl plank, laminate, timber, carpet and carpet tiles, full replacements, single rooms, water-damage repairs and patch-ins where the original board is long gone.
